Hi Ronnie! :D
Good news for everyone!

Inside the Italian translation team we managed to cook up a .sla and
all the associated files/images!
If you want, the scribus tarball is here[1] for you and for anybody
wants it (maybe copying it in the wiki is the wisest thing to do,
given that I can't assure the stability of the link...).
Of course the text is in Italian, and there is the page of the italian
translation team (the last page), but I don't think it could be a
blocker for any translation team.
