[Gruppo FCM] numerazione sballata articoli inkscape

FYI, cosa che ho notato mentre facevo la tabella #86:

issue# | part# real | part# fake
--------------------------------
  84   |     24     |    24
  85   |     25     |    24
  86   |     26     |    24
  87   |     27     |    27

dove: "part# fake" è il numero che c'è nel titolo.
più tardi sistemo su scribus dell'85. (e sarebbe cosa carina che venisse
corretto anche nell'84 se succede che ripubblichiamo per l'errore nella news
dell'altro thread).
