Ho una frase che probabilmente è idiomatica che proprio non riesco a
tradurre:<br>

When I try to install Ubuntu, it gets part way, then just stops with
a blank screen and the cursor blinking in the top-left corner. →
Quando provo ad installare Ubuntu <em><strong>it gets part way</strong></em>
poi si ferma solo con un vuoto schermo nero e un cursore
lampeggiante nel margine in alto a sinistra. <br>

Ho anche un dubbio su cosa sia "audio optical output". Questa è la
domanda che ho tradotto (sicuramente in parte non corretta)<br>

Is it possible to use the <b>audio optical output</b> on my
computer? → È possibile usare un gestore grafico per l'audio sul mio
computer? <br>
<br>
Io ho pensato che lo si potesse tradurre con "gestore grafico per
l'audio", ma non ne sono per niente convinto.<br>
