"for a spin" potrebbe voler dire "per la coda"... però non so vediamo altre
proposte...

2) "This upstream
task indicates that the bug should be linked to an upstream bug when
it is found."

Lascia "bug" è un termine tecnico, nel software si usa in italiano questa
parola :-), stessa cosa per upstream task credo, upstream sarebbe lo
sviluppo a monte credo, quindi secondo me si potrebbe mettere: "Questa
upstream task indica che il bug dovrebbe essere collegato a un bug a monte
quando trovato", ma vediamo un po' altri suggerimenti...

3) "The report mined the Launchpad bug tracker to show the top 100
upstreams shipped"

Dubbio anche per me... forse sta per "equipaggiare", ma si potrebbe anche
lasciare letterale come "minò il Launchpad bug tracker" ecc... cmq anche
qui sentiamo altre proposte...
