Ho una frase che probabilmente è idiomatica che proprio non riesco a 
tradurre:

When I try to install Ubuntu, it gets part way, then just stops with a 
blank screen and the cursor blinking in the top-left corner. ? Quando 
provo ad installare Ubuntu /*it gets part way*/ poi si ferma solo con un 
vuoto schermo nero e un cursore lampeggiante nel margine in alto a 
sinistra.

Ho anche un dubbio su cosa sia "audio optical output". Questa è la 
domanda che ho tradotto (sicuramente in parte non corretta)

Is it possible to use the *audio optical output* on my computer? ? È 
possibile usare un gestore grafico per l'audio sul mio computer?

Io ho pensato che lo si potesse tradurre con "gestore grafico per 
l'audio", ma non ne sono per niente convinto.
