[Gruppo FCM] aiuto traduzione articolo

Buongiorno a tutti, ho quasi completato le traduzioni che mi sono prenotato (quella del #65 pp 27-28 sarà online entro stasera), ma all'articolo "Ask the new guy" del #65 non riesco a tradurre un paragrafo piuttosto ampio.
il paragrafo in questione è:
